 Hello,  

I am Eric Opeli, the founder and Director of BS COACHING (Bilingual Smart Coaching).  

My passion for being a successful entrepreneur and inspiring others to reach their full potential has driven me to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Counselling Theory and a Master’s in International Business Management in the United Kingdom.  

Born in the Ivory Coast, West Africa, I worked as the Manager of a Seafarer’s restaurant in 2007.  

Then, I spent 15 years supporting individuals with diverse needs such as the homeless, care leavers, and Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers Children in the social care sector. Additionally, I work as a Cover Supervisor (Supply Teacher) in various secondary schools in East Sussex, UK.  

I am thrilled to embark on a new journey with BS COACHING, a professional service designed to help individuals unlock their potential. 

We conduct Bilingual Coaching sessions in educational settings for students and assist individuals in embracing new ventures using The D.O.O.R Model framework.
